AI automation pricing & discovery

Scope an automation pilot around workflows, integrations, exceptions and ongoing operating costs.

Price the workflow, not the label

There is no single useful price for “AI automation”. A focused routing workflow and a multi-system approval process have different requirements.

VTECH begins with discovery, then scopes the implementation and the ongoing responsibilities separately.

What drives the work?

Map the source systems, data quality, access, business rules and exceptions. Identify where a person must approve or resolve an outcome.

A pilot should include error handling, observability and acceptance tests, not only a demonstration of the successful path.

Account for running costs

Model or API usage, software subscriptions and maintenance may continue after implementation. Specify assumptions and who controls the usage.

Start with a measured pilot and compare it with the original process before expanding. Do not assume a return without evidence.

Automation discovery

Compare the whole proposal

Check what is included, who supplies content and which integrations or migrations are in scope. Confirm tax, third-party charges and ongoing care separately.

A useful comparison covers deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and ownership—not only the headline price.

Prepare a useful brief

Describe the outcome, users, existing systems and constraints. Separate the essential first release from later improvements.

The planner lets you download a brief for the next conversation, but the brief is not a binding quote. When approved adapters are configured, it can submit that brief and continue to real consultation availability; no receipt or booking is claimed without provider confirmation.
