Platform review

Prepare a human-led review of your website, application or connected business workflow.

Understand what to improve

A platform review connects business goals to the experience people have today. Start with the website or workflow, the users and the outcome that matters.

This is not an automated vulnerability scan or a generated score. Access and scope are agreed before any inspection.

Review the customer journey

Consider whether people can understand the offer, find useful information and complete the next action.

Check real tasks across desktop and mobile, including reading, navigation, forms and recovery when something fails.

Map the dependencies

Identify the hosting, data, integrations and ownership behind the visible experience. Document known constraints and operational concerns.

Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records in an initial brief. Arrange any required access separately and with the appropriate permissions.

Turn findings into priorities

Separate immediate problems from useful improvements and longer-term opportunities. Explain each finding with evidence and its practical effect.

The next step may be a focused correction, a redesign or a discovery phase—not automatically a full rebuild.

Agree the next piece of work

Define deliverables, boundaries, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Confirm whether specialist testing or third-party services are required.

Any investment, timescale and ongoing charges are agreed after the scope is understood.

What should I prepare?

Bring your goals, current website if there is one, key systems and the people who will make decisions.

The project planner lets you prepare and download a brief; it does not scan or score a website automatically. When approved adapters are configured, it can submit the brief and show only provider-backed consultation availability, with receipt or booking confirmed only after provider success.

Project FAQ

A clear next step

Capture the outcome, the people who need it and what already exists. A useful brief helps us identify the first release and the questions that need a human conversation.

Your project planner creates a downloadable brief. When approved adapters are configured, it can submit the brief and continue to real consultation availability; no receipt or booking is claimed without provider confirmation.
